What brands and coffee machines do you supply?
We are the official distributor of several global commercial espresso machine brands, and we provide professional-grade machines for cafés, restaurants, offices and home use. For example, we carry machines from Italian manufacturers and support full installation, training and after-sales service.
Do you offer installation and training services?
Yes, when you purchase a machine through us, we provide local installation (in Dhaka-area; may vary for other regions) and barista training so you and your staff can get the most from your machine.
What is the warranty and service policy for your machines?
All machines come with a manufacturer’s warranty (terms vary by brand/model). In addition, we provide local support for spare parts and maintenance — giving you peace of mind that your machine can be serviced quickly in Bangladesh.
How do I choose the right machine size for my café or business?
To select the appropriate machine, we look at your expected daily coffee volume, number of group-heads needed, space in your café, and budget. We’ll help match you to a model that balances capacity, reliability and cost.
Do you deliver machines outside Dhaka?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Delivery logistics and costs depend on your location and machine size. For remote or off-island areas further arrangements may apply. Contact our sales team to get a delivery quote to your address.
What after-sales support do you offer?
